TPC-W Benchmark

TPC-W is a standard benchmark that models an online bookstore.

We provide a Java Servlets version that works with MySQL as database. This version is a based on the implementation from University of Wisconsin.

To initialize the TPC-W database, you have to get the scripts and data files.
generate.tar.gz contains the scripts to populate the TPCW database. You need only the create_tables.sql script to create the TPC-W schema, and load_tables.sql to load the data in smallDB-tpcw.tgz into the tables. Note that you have to update the path to the data in load_tables.sql
The other files in generate are used to generate the data that we give in smallBD-tpcw so you should not need them.
